This is a family owned vehicle, my grandmas brother purchased the car new off the show room floor. My father picked it up from him when he was in high school. After high school he had plans to restore the car. But four kids and family took over his priority's. Tragically my father was in a motorcycle accident and died from his injuries, when I was five years old. My godfather stored the car for me over the years until I was able to take over the challenge of the resto. I moved the car to Minnesota on my golden birthday November 26, 2004. That's when the demo started I began bustin bolts loose and blew the car apart in a (unheated) garage that winter. Eight years later the project is complete. The suspension has all the goodies Hothkis one inch drop springs, trailing arms, sway bars. Globe West A-arms. Built 350sb, to a rebuilt numbers matching Muncie For speed. Denny's custom billet drive shaft. Rebuilt numbers matching 12 bolt with Eaton carrier 3.73 gears. 18" billet wheels.. The paint... Hot Rod Factory helped me out with paint and body, they did a killer job when applying the hose of Kolor Midnight Blue. The list goes on with restored interior and custom I-didit Colom and billet steering wheel.
