The car came from the factory with a straight six.It had a good body and a sold underbody, so my sons and I started at the rear and worked our way forward. A Auburn posi unit, Richmond 3.73 gears, and Alloy axles took care of the rear end. We installed a stage two shift kit in the trans. and a 2500 stall converter to help us off the line. The engine is a 355 with flat piston, comp. cam, air gap intake, Holley 670 street avenger carb and Msd ignition. Prostar rims and a lift of hood make our car one the nicest Camaros in our little town.
