I bought my 1972 Nova SS when I was in High School in 1974. In less than 2 months a friend of mine wanted to put a big block in his vette so I bought his motor for $350.00. His vette was a 1970 with the 370 horse LT1 350. I kept the original parts and put in a larger cam, headers, and a Victor Junior manifold. I have a M-22 trans connected to a 373 12 bolt. The only body change I made was the cowl induction steel hood. The odometer just rolled past 17,000 miles this spring.
