It's been on going with this truck for over 5 years and being gone most of the time only gives me time to save and shop for new parts and goodies for the motor. The transmission is a T-56 from Rockland Gear and the Motor came way of a wreacked vette. ops I got the motor and ecu for a deal of $5200 so i had to get it. getting it in there was the hardest part and lining up the trans. The motor sits low and the transmission sits really close to the floor boards.with upgrades all around this truck is a hoot to drive. future plans call for a dana 60 rearend with either 4.11 or 4.56 out back and either a NOS set up or a supercharger. best run right now is 14.8 at 96mph in the 1/4. plans are to make it run 12-13's. Right now i enjoy racing rice burners all over detroit and watching them try and keep up. The fastest i have had this truck going was about 150mph on the freeway, then i put into 6th gear. so plenty of room for some more power!
